1. Our principle

Your cart and language preference are stored in your browser's local storage, on your own device. That information is not sent to our servers while you browse.
The contact and delivery details you type at checkout are not sent automatically either: they reach us only when you press “send via WhatsApp” or “send via email”, inside the message you compose.
You can clear the cart at any time from the cart page or by clearing site data in your browser.

- Contacting you about availability, substitutions or delivery coordination.
- Issuing receipts and meeting accounting and tax obligations.
- Handling claims, returns and incidents related to an order.

7. Sending your order via WhatsApp or email
When you choose to send your order over WhatsApp or email, that message leaves from your own account and is subject to the privacy policies of the provider you use (for example, WhatsApp or your email provider).
We recommend not including sensitive data such as card numbers, passwords or health information in the order notes.
8. How long we keep data
We keep order data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
After that period we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer identify you.
9. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to certain processing or request a portable copy.
Write to us through the channels in the footer and we will handle your request within the timeframes set by applicable law.
11. Minors
The site is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you notice such a situation, let us know and we will delete the information.
12. Changes to this policy
